Christina and Simon’s September wedding at Langtry Walk was truly special. The emotion of the day was so palpable, and these two don’t shy away from feeling the BIG feels, which is why we got along so perfectly. They shared so many tender moments with their loved ones, and I had the best time photographing them. It was truly evident how deeply these two cared for each other, and how much their friends and family cared for them.
The images from this wedding also tell a story of bittersweetness. Christina sadly lost her mom a couple of years ago, so the day was full of mixed feelings—happiness and sadness all at once. The moments with her dad, especially their dance together, are some of my favourites from that day. These pictures paint a beautiful tribute to their family bond and love for each other.
From the sweet glances shared between the couple during the ceremony to the hilarious and heartfelt speeches during the reception, every moment was a joy to photograph. Congratulations Christina and Simon! Cheers to a future overflowing with love and beautiful memories 🥂

Wedding Venue Spotlight: Langtry Walk
Langtry Walk is a incredible new wedding venue in Saanichton, near Victoria. With both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces available, couples can relax knowing that in the chance of rain their ceremony images will still be stunning. The indoor setting offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with warm wood tones and a rustic feel. On the other hand, the outdoor lawn space allows couples to take advantage of Langtry Walk’s picturesque greens, providing clean and colourful backdrops for photos. To make the most of this unique venue, I recommend exploring the various ceremony options and selecting a backdrop that complements the theme and style of your wedding. Additionally, I suggest incorporating natural elements such as flowers and greenery to enhance the softness and beauty of the surroundings.
