Caroline and Ryan’s story began on the dance floor. It was April 2016, and Caroline had just wrapped up an intense conference day in San Francisco. Ryan, visiting from Victoria BC, found himself in the same bustling crowd. A chance meeting at an after-party turned into an all-night conversation, where they discovered a connection that felt more like destiny than coincidence ❤️

Their story wasn’t without its challenges—Caroline was living in California, and Ryan lived in British Columbia, Canada. Through daily texts, shared aspirations, and unwavering support, their bond deepened across the distance. By the time Ryan moved to California for a career opportunity in 2017, it was clear they were meant to be.

Fast forward six years, and these two are still pushing each other to be their best. They’ve built a life filled with tacos, hockey games, long runs, and endless laughter. Ryan proposed on a rainy Victoria night in front of the glowing Christmas lights of the Legislature Building—just days before the New Year—and Caroline said yes 💍

Their September wedding at Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse was as radiant as a sunset (that happened to be their wedding theme!), surrounded by loved ones from near and far. The day reflected everything they hold dear: love, connection, and the journey they’ve shared to get here.
