When you receive your gallery I want your reaction to be, "Wow, that's me? WOW, that's me!" Throughout every wedding day I am intentional in how I tell YOUR story. 

How do I do this?
1. I over prepare. I'm one of those people that loves to know ALL the details. How did you meet? What's your favourite thing about the other? What are your inside jokes? 
2. I guide you every step of the way, to best show your connection and your personality. Direction is key.
3. I make it easy to be yourself. My most frequent post-photo shoot compliment is, "That was WAY more fun than I thought it would be!"

a meeting

Whether via Zoom, a phone call, or over a coffee, we'll discuss your plans so far and I'll answer any questions. The most important thing we'll do in this first meeting is get to know one another.

I love to help wherever I can. I check in regularly before the big day to offer tips on timeline planning, photo must-have organization, how to prepare, and more. My goal is to make your entire experience as easy as possible.

Why do I strive to show timelessness in every gallery I send? It's because I want to make sure you don't just love your photos when you first get them; you love them 10, 20, and 50 years later!

All wedding photography planning starts with getting to know you. How well you connect with your photographer is one of the most important things to consider. After all, they're the vendor you are going to spend the most time with on your wedding day

How does it work?

I am based in Victoria and I regularly shoot all over Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Depending on the location, a travel fee or overnight accommodation may be required. Please inquire for more details!

How far can you travel?

The high resolution photos in your online gallery will be provided in JPEG format. To protect my work I never deliver RAW format files.

What format will my photos be in?

Your photos will be edited in the style portrayed in my portfolio. I generally provide only light editing, such as colour balance and cropping. Photoshopping and extensive edits are not included in my packages but can sometimes be added for an additional fee.

How will my photos be edited?

I will send about 20-30 sneak peeks one week after the wedding and your full gallery within 8 weeks. 

For engagement sessions I send photos within 2 weeks of the shoot date.

When Will I receive my wedding photos?

FAQs

My packages deliver only the ‘best of the best’ from your shoot, to be chosen by me. Due to the nature of natural light photography, not all shots that are taken will turn out as planned, but if you have any ‘must have’ shots, I would be more than happy to prioritize them in your final gallery.

Can I choose which photos I receive?

Absolutely! I LOVE capturing proposals. Please note that for these bookings I do require a planning fee of $50 in addition to the session fee, so that we can have time to connect and I can draft a comprehensive plan for us.
